When I arrived at DRT, I benefited from a very satisfying induction compared to my previous experiences.

I enjoy the adrenaline you get from manufacturing activities… the opportunities and decisions to be made in managing manufacturing, general management, or managing flows.

I’d heard of DRT before joining the company. DRT is very well positioned on an international level. For me, DRT means rigor, quality of life, and challenges.
