My father and grandfather before him worked at the Lesperon industrial site. As such, I already knew DRT very well before I was employed in 2005 as a maintenance operator.

Five years later I was offered the position of foreman. A further opportunity presented itself to join the Castets site in 2017 in the same position but with different means and organization.

I manage a team responsible for carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance, and I also manage sub-contracting companies which support us for larger jobs.

Throughout my career path, I’ve been very well advised and supported by my managers which has really helped my integration into the various teams.

I’ve also benefited from multiple training courses in relation to my position as well as management training.

My greatest motivator in my work has been the diversity and amount of contact I’ve had with very different people. I never quite know what each day will hold when I get into work!

DRT’s international expansion and the significant investment at the various sites have strengthened the company’s growth, resulting in interesting and varied work.
