I have brought my HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) expertise to the company. I joined DRT recently and my induction into the company has gone very well. DRT clearly cares about the well-being of new recruits!

DRT aims to develop the skills of its workers, new and otherwise. Training is essential.

In addition to the significant investment in this area, DRT manages schedules to ensure employees have access to training.

I enjoy new challenges, I need new projects, for my suggestions be listened to… that is what drew me to DRT.

What comes to mind when I think of DRT today is its international visibility.

The DRT subsidiaries located overseas mean processes need to be harmonized between the different countries and our good practices need to be exchanged between our French and international sites (USA, China, India).

DRT is a company which knows how to look forward and anticipate the future: well-anchored and stable… it has a history but also a future!
