I graduated from university (post-graduate degree in management) and joined DRT in 1995 as an assistant to the then-management controller. The position was created following the strong development of the company in the mid-1990s.
Since then, I have participated in numerous training courses at DRT and I now hold the position of finance manager.
I now work to ensure my staff receive the training needed to develop their skills and support the growth of the company.
DRT has significant budgets dedicated to training; it’s really good.
If I had to summarize DRT in just a few words, I’d say that the internationally-oriented group combines technical expertise, a strong family culture and short decision-making circuits, while maintaining strong ties to its home region.
