I started with DRT as a trainee on a professional accounting degree, with a focus on management control, before I was recruited as temporary staff, then as permanent staff in January 2019.

Being from the region, I already knew about the company before I began working there. I’ve come to know DRT better through the diversity of the tasks I now carry out (we also work with the purchasing, manufacturing and sales departments) and this is what drew me to the post.

DRT offered me an opportunity that opened many doors after my traineeship, which continued through to my employment as permanent staff.
