CUSTOMER / SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
As a quality assurance manager, the customer is at the heart of my responsibilities and I work hand in hand with sales and purchasing managers and transversally with all the industrial sites and support services.
As part of this, I am sometimes involved in business development projects with our customers, industrial partners and suppliers.
Following internal professional development, I benefited from two career paths within the company. In 2011, when I was recruited as an Environment Manager for DRT and subsidiaries and today, in 2019. In both cases, I was well supported, which helped enormously when starting at this wonderful company full of men and women who make DRT what it is.
The time spent with colleagues learning about the DRT business context as well as the “internal listening to customers” is valuable and helped me to better understand the company culture and processes and to establish relationships. These are essential for harmonious teamwork and continuous improvement.
After 8 years of working for the environment, my new purpose is a challenge to develop for DRT, and calls on the skills I have acquired through my previous professional experience in France and Germany.
In conclusion, for me, DRT is a company with real values such as responsible development, team spirit, and helping one another.
