Hydrogral G

Hydrogral G is a glycerol ester of partially hydrogenated rosin. It is specially recommended to improve oxidation resistance and long-term adhesive performances of adhesives such as insulation sealants or pressure sensitive adhesives.

Applications

  • Insulation sealants formulations based on synthetic rubber such as SBR.
  • Pressure sensitive adhesives (hot melt or solvent based), contact glues.
  • Depilatory waxes.

STABILITY AND STORAGE

Stability of about 6 months in flaked form in standard storage conditions.
Stability of about 12 months in cardboard drum in standard storage conditions.
Under cover and at temperature below 30°C. A strict inventory control must be respected (first in – first out).

PACKAGING

Flaked in 25 kg net weight paper bags on wrapped pallets of 750 kg net weight.
200 kg net weight cardboard drums on 800 kg pallets.
