DRT PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT 20.08.09

We are extremely pleased to announce that DRT and Vigon International have established a strategic partnership for the management and supply of the DRT resin and terpene products in North America. The partnership went into effect on August 3, 2009.

The DRT/Vigon partnership has been established in order to maximize the level of service that customers receive for the procurement of DRT resins and terpene products. As part of this partnership, Vigon will be managing the sales, customer service, warehousing, and shipping of DRT resins and terpene products to customers in the North American market. We are confident that customers will benefit from Vigon’s extensive distribution expertise including a range of packaging options, same-day shipments, no minimum order requirements, timely sample and documentation fulfillment, web based ordering, as well as technical support.

The DRT product line is certain to be a strong compliment to Vigon’s existing line of over 1,800 products and we are confident that our customers will experience the many benefits and added value that Vigon can provide.
