In this respect, DRT identifies and keeps up to date the skills required and skills available.
Analysing available skills, differences observed with regard to required skills, and factors of involvement, are the logical extension of the training plan and mobility management.
Training
The aim of DRT’s training policy is to anticipate and accompany change.
A biennial training plan is drawn up with training managers responsible for creating an inventory of identified needs in their field of activity, with a budget which generally exceeds the legal minimum.
Each employee is an active player in his or her career through the quality of values integrated, involvement in the company and skills.
The success of each employee in addition to his or her professional fulfilment are the long term guarantees of our common success.
According to the opportunities available within DRT and its French and foreign subsidiaries, changes of positions will be studied throughout the employee’s career according to the company’s development in France and abroad, as well as his or her career aspirations and capabilities.
