Presentation

Les Dérivés Résiniques & Terpéniques is located in the south-west of France, in the heart of the ‘‘Landes’’, amongst thousands of hectares of pine trees.
Generations of men with character turned this marshy land into Europe’s largest artificial forest.

In 1932 DRT began to exploit this new wealth by developing rosin and turpentine extracted from pine gum.

DRT is the story of a local group of entrepreneurs which over several decades has acquired considerable experience in pine chemistry, bringing international recognition to the company.
