Our Business

DRT’s core business is the development of gum rosin and turpentine extracted from pine resin.

The raw material obtained from the tapping of pine trees contributes to the production of resins and terpenes used in numerous applications (fragrances, adhesives, inks, chewing gum, rubber, etc.).

Since the very beginning, DRT has continuously worked to diversify its raw materials. Today, much of its supply also comes from the paper industry with co-products from the paper-making process.

Almost all raw materials used by DRT are plant based and renewable. DRT is resolutely committed to developing solutions in plant-based or responsible chemistry.
